We connect clients with independent, background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. Cleaners are not our employees. We are not liable for third-party actions, damages, or losses.
Book via phone, email, or online. Scheduling is subject to availability and may be adjusted to suit both parties.
Payment is due upon arrival. We accept credit/debit cards and cash (at our discretion). A card authorization hold is placed the day before service (not a charge). If the hold fails, we will contact you. Incorrect home info may result in a fee adjustment. Non-payment may lead to legal action.
Prices are reviewed annually for inflation. Any increase will be shared in advance and requires your approval.
Cancel or reschedule by 12:00 p.m. the day before your appointment. A $50 fee applies for late notice or if access is not provided. We’ll attempt to contact you before canceling.
Cleaners arrive within a 1-hour window. Clients must ensure entry at the scheduled time or make alternate arrangements.
Cleaners do not: wet wipe bulbs, clean upholstery, remove biohazards, move heavy furniture, use ladders, or perform trash hauling. Service requires running water and electricity.
Report issues within 24 hours. We’ll offer a re-clean or discount. If you don’t respond to the offer within 1 day, it is considered declined and the charge will be processed.
Communicate special needs or delicate areas. Store valuables before cleaning. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unsealed surfaces.
