We connect clients with independent, background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. Cleaners are not our employees. We are not liable for third-party actions, damages, or losses.
Book via phone, email, or online. Scheduling is subject to availability and may be adjusted to suit both parties.
Payment is due upon arrival. We accept credit/debit cards and cash (at our discretion). A card authorization hold is placed the day before service (not a charge). If the hold fails, we will contact you. Incorrect home info may result in a fee adjustment. Non-payment may lead to legal action.
Prices are reviewed annually for inflation. Any increase will be shared in advance and requires your approval.
Cancel or reschedule by 12:00 p.m. the day before your appointment. A $50 fee applies for late notice or if access is not provided. We’ll attempt to contact you before canceling.
Cleaners arrive within a 1-hour window. Clients must ensure entry at the scheduled time or make alternate arrangements.
Cleaners do not: wet wipe bulbs, clean upholstery, remove biohazards, move heavy furniture, use ladders, or perform trash hauling. Service requires running water and electricity.
In the interest of ensuring fairness and transparency, we kindly ask that any dissatisfaction with our cleaning services be communicated to us either during the cleaning appointment or immediately after the service is completed.
If no concerns or issues are reported within 24 hours of the service, any subsequent disputes or chargebacks may not be honored. This policy helps ensure that our cleaners’ hard work is respected and that we have the opportunity to address any issues directly and promptly.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and positive experience for everyone.
Once a client has signed off indicating their satisfaction with the completed cleaning service, Cozy Almonds Cleaning does not offer any refunds. The client’s signature confirms that the service was completed to their stated satisfaction, and no partial or full refunds will be issued after this acknowledgment.
Furthermore, any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after the client has signed off on their satisfaction will be actively disputed by Cozy Almonds Cleaning. Clients acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after signing may result in additional fees and could impact their ability to book future services.
We encourage clients to address any concerns during the final walkthrough before signing, ensuring everything is to their satisfaction. After the sign-off, the service is considered fully completed and accepted.
Report issues within 24 hours. We’ll offer a re-clean or discount. If you don’t respond to the offer within 1 day, it is considered declined and the charge will be processed.
Communicate special needs or delicate areas. Store valuables before cleaning. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or unsealed surfaces.
